Refund Policy-For You Strategies

At For You Strategies, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, customized marketing services. Due to the nature of our work, we invest time and creative effort from the start. That’s why our refund policy is as follows:

1. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel before any work has started (planning, design, or content), you’ll receive a 100% refund.

2. Cancellation After Work Has Started

If work has already begun, a partial refund may be issued based on how much has been completed. For example:

If only planning has been done → up to 70% refund
If content creation or ad setup has started → up to 30–50% refund
If delivery is nearly complete → no refund

3. No Refund After Delivery

Once a package or campaign has been delivered (e.g. social media content, strategy document, ad campaigns), we do not offer refunds.

4. Dissatisfaction With Results

If you’re not satisfied with the outcome, let us know. We offer one round of free revisions to make things right – but refunds are not guaranteed once the service is delivered.

5. Custom Packages

Custom projects are often more time-intensive and involve detailed planning. For these, refunds are handled case-by-case, based on the work completed.
